Hug someone you love.

A couple of months ago, Matt stood up in his friend Kevin's wedding. It was a joyous weekend on many levels. Of course, we were so happy to celebrate with Kevin & Rachel, but Matt also had an awesome time bonding with Kevin's other groomsmen.

On Tuesday night, one of those amazing guys tragically & unexpectedly passed away. Although I only met Luke briefly, & Matt just spent a short weekend hanging out with him, we both appreciated his vibrant, life-loving spirit. I know that he is missed dearly by his friends & family, but that he's also at home now with the Lord. If you're reading this, please say a prayer for Luke's family. That they would be comforted & loved in their loss.

Matt was really shaken up by the news, & it reminded me of the all-too-early-loss of our friend, Matt Wilhelm. Both Matt & Luke were young, energetic, God-fearing men whose tragic deaths reminded us that life is short & that we shouldn't waste our life with things that don't matter.

After you pray for Luke, his family, & all who are suffering & dealing with loss....hug someone you love tonight.
